X FACTOR fans could get the chance to get up close and personal with one of the stars of this year’s series. Olly will be strutting his stuff at the Tivoli nightclub, Buckley, and one lucky Leader reader will get to meet the singing sensation backstage.

The promoter of this competition is NWN Media Ltd, Mold Business Park, Wrexham Road, Mold, CH7 1XY.

The winner will be the first person drawn after the closing date who has completed the correct answer. The closing date for the competition is Sunday, January 10. The prize is a pair of backstage tickets to the Olly Murs show at the Tivoli nightclub, Buckley.

No cash alternative is available. The winner will be informed by telephone by Monday, January 11. The winner’s name can be obtained by writing to the competition address with a self-addressed envelope after the closing date.

The winner agrees to participate in publicity for NWN Media Ltd and the Tivoli nightclub.

The competition is open to over-16s only.

Olly Murs moves in for a kiss with a pretty dancer at the X Factor wrap party - and has admitted he would like to take things further.

The cheeky Essex boy, 25, has had a crush on 22-year-old Sianad Gregory since he landed a place on the live shows in September.

Sianad has warned him to back off for a while as she split with her boyfriend only last week.

But she looked chuffed when he planted a smacker on her cheek after the bash at London club Jalouse.

Olly said I’d like to dance with her again. We could try all kinds of positions – dancing of course!”

Olly Murs is getting serious about new girlfriend Laura Henderson - and has invited her to meet the folks over Christmas.

The romance between the Essex boy and Laura - who made it to The X Factor’s boot camp with girlband Project A – has been hotting up since he invited her to the show’s final.

Olly, 25, had been keen to play things down and keep Laura under wraps for fear of alienating his female fans.

But now the show has finished, the pair are set to take their relationship to the next level by spending a family Boxing Day together.

A pal said: “Laura and Olly are really keen on each other and now Olly has invited Laura to spend Boxing Day with him and his family.

“She is really excited and can’t wait. She also gets on well with his sister Fay.”

Olly Murs pulled out all the stops to confirm his place in tomorrow’s final show, with judges Dannii Minogue calling his rendition of ‘Superstition’ “fantastic” and Louis Walsh adding that Murs is “a natural talent”.

With Stacey Solomon now out of the competition, who will they be voting to win the X Factor? Our bet is on Olly Murs!!

Olly Murs opened the show with an energetic rendition of the 1980 Jackson 5 hit Can You Feel It.

Following his performance, he received a warm round of comments from the four judges, who agreed he had to be in the final next week.

Dannii told him: ‘We can all feel it in here tonight. You not only have the full package, but you were in fact grabbing the package.

‘If you pull off two performances like that tonight you have to be in the final.’

Mentor Simon agreed, telling him: ‘Olly, you should have been a bag of nerves tonight, but you pulled it together and put on a great show. I cannot imagine you not being here next week.’

For his second song, Olly sang Stevie Wonder’s We Can Work It Out.

Afterwards, Dannii said she was not sure if it was the best song choice to show off his vocal talents, but added: ‘If I was sat at home next to a phone, I would pick it up.’

Simon added: ‘You are the guy next door who dreamed of being a pop star and you thoroughly deserve your place in [next week's] final.’

Third on stage was ladies’ man Olly Murs.

The Essex boy sang Love Ain’t Here Anymore and gave one girl a night to remember by singing to her as she sat in the audience.
Dannii was unimpressed: ‘The sparkle wasn’t right in the eyes for that performance.’

But Cheryl was happy.

‘It was really nice to see you stripped down and just hearing that singing,’ she told him

The chosen girl seemed delighted by the attention

His next song, Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting, was equally divisive.

‘I like your funny dancing and I like you, but there was something missing,’ said Louis.

But Dannii disagreed.

‘That song was absolutely made for you and very technically difficult,’ she said.

Olly Murs had an early Christmas present, when a fan covered in wrapping paper was ‘delivered’ to the X Factor house.

The Essex hearth-throb, 25, is proving such a hit with the ladies, this incognito fan must have thought it was the only way to get his attention.

Covered in festive paper, cellophane and gift bows, the brave soul turned up at the X Factor finalists’ house to try and meet the popular singer.

At least Olly seemed more amused than scared, as he put on his winter woollies to investigate what was inside the parcel.

And the happy fan even got an autograph for their trouble.

IF anyone knows what Olly Murs felt like to unexpectedly be in the bottom two it’s Danyl Johnson.

Essex lad Olly, who clung onto his place in The X Factor after landing in the sing-off with Jedward, put on a brave face as he headed out today.

And Danyl Johnson, who was saved after Miss frank got the boot a few weeks ago, went with him for moral support.

Olly, who was the bookies’ favourite to win the contest under a week ago, has now dropped to second place with odds of 5/2, behind Joe McElderry who has nabbed the top spot.
